Recently started watching this anime-Naruto... and this is the main character! Naruto kun! Oh well.. before watching I was actually quite apprehensive.. wat with the whole world so addicted to it and all.. like.. in my msn list, I could see out of maybe 10 pple there will be 5 with some Naruto character as their display... but anywayz, exams are over, n I'm damn free.. so I saw no harm in borrowing some Naruto dvds to watch. Wow it's actually not bad! My type of anime... the warrior and fighting type, talking abt fighting and becoming strong for someone u care abt... the same type of anime as Samurai X. Naruto used to be a powerful and evil 9-tailed fox, until he was defeated by a Hokage (some very powerful and highest ranked Ninja) and sealed into the body of a baby. The baby grew up to be Naruto. So he has a lot of Chakra locked in him. While he was originally not a very promising ninja, he has very high potential due to this locked chakra.

This is Uchiha Sasuke. The cute genin. He comes from the Uchiha family, with the Bloodline Limit of the Sharingan. His brother Itachi killed everyone in the family but him.. and he lives only for revenge.. the revenge against his brother.

This is Sakura.. the female ninja in Sasuke and Naruto's group. Naruto has a crush on her.. but she has a crush on Sasuke!! What a mess.. haha. So far, she's the lousiest ninja in the team.. her powers have yet to be nurtured... (oh btw by "so far", I mean up till the 20th episode, where I'm at.)

This boy is Konohamaru, the grandson of the 3rd Hokage. He's always aspiring to be a Hokage, and looks up to Naruto as his idol. This cheeky and playful boy hates to ne known always as "the grandson of the great 3rd Hokage" and hopes to become strong so that one day he can be recognised for who he is.

This is Iruka sensei... he's the one taking the lessons of all ninjas-to-be. He has a background similar to Naruto. He has no parents as both were killed by the 9-tailed fox that was Naruto. However, there's no hatred towards Naruto. Instead, he treats Naruto very well as he understands that Naruto feels exactly like him. Naruto has no parents and everyone in the village hates him cos they view him as the one who once brought great terror and harm to the village.

This is Kakashi, and his Sharingan (his eye). He's the ninja overseeing Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura. Also known as the Copy Ninja, he has defeated many using his Sharingan to copy their techniques and also using it to hypnotise them.

The baddie that the team led by Kakashi had to face and engage in fierce battle with even though the 3 young ninjas were not equipped with the ability to fight such advanced ninjas. In the end he was still defeated by Kakashi and died beside Haku, a ninja prodigy he took in and trained since young. Haku died protecting him, and even though Zabuza did not show it at first, he also cared deeply about Haku, and died fighting for the honor of Haku. He died a good man.

Yes the person beside Naruto is Haku. Do not doubt it.. Haku is a HE even though he's so damn adorable. He has a Bloodline Limit as well, and thus is a very capable ninja. He is able to render a person to be in a near-death state, and later be revived again. Even though he calls himself the "weapon" of Zabuza, he has a pure and kind heart. In the end, in a fierce fight with Naruto, he does not have the heart to kill any of them and instead tried to trick Naruto into killing him to end the fight. However, juz as Naruto was about to kill him, Haku sensed that Zabuza was in trouble and rushed to his aid. In the end, Haku was killed by accident by Kakashi while trying to protect Zabuza.
